hey water what speed do you usually set the treadmill to?
4.0 mph
I start with 3.0 to warm up my legs and wake up lol for about 2-5min and then 3.5 for 2-5 minutes if i need more time to wake up, if not then I go for the full 4.0 :)

ahhh water i’ve been so bloated lately despite drinking lots of water! do you have any recommendations?
Matchaaaa hi!!! I actually do have many recommendations as a ballerina I don’t like to be bloated at all while I’m wearing a leotard and let’s be honest a leotard is basically like your skin so I have some tips that works for me every time:
•Sip on peppermint tea if you have any
•Warm water will also do the work for you if you don’t have peppermint tea
•If you eat, eat potassium, rich food that will help to flush out the water. such thing like cucumber asparagus, or even bananas, even though they are a fear food of mine, they can help to release the water retention
•Obviously, another way is working out. Sweating helps a lot, high intensive workout Pilates, yoga stretching anything will help 
Avoid carbonated beverages and sf gum, no straws. Do some self stomach massages to help release the accumulated gas
