Every time I remember Claudia and Daciana, my heart breaks even more because Daciana stands for a lot of things Claudia has been hoping for. She's not just the first "good" vampire she met; she's not just the first female vampire she's connected with; she's also the first maker who loves her children unconditionally. And the first moment Claudia feels for Daciana is when she's hugging her blind "broken" fledgling.

Claudia deservedly hates Lestat with all she has, but it also doesn't mean she never loved him. She's following both Louis and Lestat in Ep 5 because she found her life was meaningless without them. In Ep 6, her voice broke when she was saying "You don't want me, you made me for Louis". She cried harder when Lestat told her he would turn her bones to dust. Up until that point, she's still hoping for a scrap of love from Lestat. She hates him not only because he caged her, but also because she feels unwanted, rejected, and abandoned.

To see that love in Daciana, hoping that this time she might understand the meaning of maker/fledgling bond from her, and to see that's lost in a snap of a finger, just like that. Devastating.

BOLD COAT (1/3)

It's been a while already since I published this mod, but I didn't get around to share my model pics with Vince yet! :D

I had so much fun putting together color-matched outfits (with not only but predominantly vanilla clothes) for each coat-color, and went on a little hunt through Night City for fitting photo locations. Overall it was a lot of work but so so so much fun, too! And I love all shots that were the result of this :D Part 2 and 3 with the rest of the colors coming soon!
