((So, here’s the condensed version of the stuff that’s been happening for the past...year and a half? wow I am trash.))

I’ve been attending community college and it’s currently my last semester before I graduate with my Associates of Arts in the spring.

I’ve had a steady part-time job for a year and a half.

I’ve been getting more into gaming and I just recently got a PS4 with the money I got for Christmas.

I’ve made more blogs since this one so my muses are scattered.

I’ve been to more conventions and expanding my closet of cosplays.

I turn 21 in 15 days.

...I think that’s about it. ^^;

((Thanks, I'll try. I've been taking it easy for the last couple of weeks, but now things are settling into place. I'm just glad to be home before class start back up in a few months. =3))

((I apologize for the sudden hiatus, but I had school stuff to deal with - exams, moving out of the dorm - as well as family and personal stuff to deal with. I'm in the process of applying for jobs, but until something comes up, I'll be at home. I'll get to replies and stuff soon.))

Kyuzo softly smiled as he continued blowing bubbles while listening to Serina sing. He felt completely at peace in this place.

"You sing beautifully," he complimented.

Serina was in tears trying to hold him back why was he being so scary? that look in his eyes were frightening her.

Kyuzo was caught by surprise at the hug, nearly having time to react as he fell over onto the ground, but he simply smiled and laughed as he hugged her back.

"It's always nice to keep their spirits alive in your memories," he said. "That way you can never truly lose them."

Her ears fell against her head hearing that but perked up when he finished as she tackle hugged him back onto the ground.”Well you’ll never loose me,only the other way around but..but you said we’ll always be friends so it’s okay!”

Giggling she smiled hugging him liking the sound of that Serina wasn’t really loosing them as long as she kept all their memories to keep her going forward.”I like telling my friends back home stories of the new friends I’ve made in many worlds even after they pass on I still remember them.”

The samurai glanced up at Serina before looking back down at the item in his hands. With a deep breath, he did as she instructed at blew into the stick. Sure enough, bubbles came out of the other side. He paused to relish in the moment before continuing on.

"Well," Kyuzo murmured as he took back his jacket. "I guess I'm afraid of losing the people I care about..."

Not that he initially cared for others to begin with, but thinking back to the war and seeing the bonds the other samurai had forged, he couldn't help but only give them the utmost respect. They had nothing to lose, yet nothing to gain. They were true samurai in his eyes.

He glanced down at his jacket, absently tracing a stitch job on one sleeve.

Serina smiled lightly before looking down at the jacket in her arms handing it back to him.”What are you afraid of?” she didn’t want to pry too much but he knows a lot about her as well so why not ask.

Kyuzo glanced around at the butterflies, smiling and feeling a bit giddy as they surrounded him. He looked up at Serina and hesitantly took the staff.

"I suppose," he replied. "Although, I haven't really done this sort of thing before. Understanding magic hasn't been my strong-suit..."

"It's alright, Serina," Kyuzo said. "I wasn't cold at all. I had a fire going until I fell asleep. Anyway, it's okay to be scared of a few things. It's only natural to feel fear, otherwise we wouldn't be truly alive. All beings feel fear, and we are no different."

Pulling away from him she slid his jacket from her head and held it in her lap “weren’t you cold? I’m sorry for taking your jacket.” Serina should try and get over it but the noise hurt a lot so naturally her body would react with fear.”Even after 300 years of living I’m still scared of things like this..how embarrassing..”

"Good morning," Kyuzo greeted softly. "And you're welcome. I used to be scared to thunderstorms when I was a child, but my mother would always sing to me as I fell asleep. Eventually I got over it, but I know that some people don't. Anyway, I was happy to help."

Having a sweet dream she began to purr loudly catching the persons scent who was holding her.”Kyu…zo….” her ears twitched a bit more after a moment or two she slowly opened her eyes seeing light,then Kyuzo.Her face turned beet red why was he so close to her? thinking about it once more she calmed down “Good morning…thank you for helping me when I was scared.”

At first, he was slightly disappointed, but then became concerned as he knelt beside her.

"Save your strength," he reassured with a smile. "You'll be able to show me one day...but for now, it can wait."

Kyuzo could only stare in amazement. It all felt like something out of a dream, although he was sure that he was wide awake. Even so, he didn't dare pinch himself - he didn't want to miss a single moment of this.
