So I decided to go for it. I had the #lasiksurgery . I was over having to depend on my glasses to see cos I couldn't see anything without it. I love sunglasses and got like 10 pairs that I wasn't able to wear cos I couldn't see anything so I went to the appointment,had all my test and had my surgery scheduled for 18.3.20 Sky was with my grandparents for 4days post surgery, Kirei was with my dad and his wife the first night and my bf, my amazing bf, was with me! Taking care of me and making sure I had my medicines on time! My suegra spoiled me with her amazing cuisine 😍. This was the right time! I finally had the support system to through with it! My grandparents, my Dad and his wife, my suegra, my aunt and specially my partner! Couldn't have done it without them! Life never bothered to be fair to you! Being born in poverty. Having to work since you were 7yo as maid and babysitter. Being a brilliant little kid that all that she wanted to do was study but couldn't afford it. Marrying and having 6 kids, having to bury your first born. Getting divorced and raising 5 kids on your own. Getting to finally go back to school thanks to the triumph of revolution that gave you the tools to finally achieve your dreams and goals. Graduating from college, university and not being able to stop getting degrees cos thats how much you loved education. Having your last daughter at 42yo while still getting degrees and working as a teacher. Yeah, you managed that ✊! When people tell me that I can't be with two kids on my own, I laugh! If you managed to do it with 6kids then I can! You're my inspiration, my prime example. I hope I'll someday manage to be a quarter of the woman you were. Specially considering Ayanna will be making her grand arrival next week! Annaya is a pretty independent kid and if I manage time well enough I can do my makeup.
