Tf does one do when mental health is so shit that there’s literally no outlet or way to process it cause just thinking about my panic attacks makes me sick to my stomach, I just want to roll over and disappear.
I’ve been tracking my mood and anxiety levels every day since April and I literally don’t even want to look at the table because just the idea of logging how shit of a day I had yesterday makes me want to explode.
