URGENT: DISABLED CHRONICALLY ILL PARTNER NEEDS MEDICATION

Hey yall, i really need help getting my partners medication today!

This is urgent as my partner uses this medication to manage their seizures! Without it they are unable to function without danger of injury/accidents and constant seizing will affect their sleep and ability to leave the house!!!

This is needed today, I just want to make sure they're okay and not suffering unnecessarily, we've got no income at the present so I need to make sure we can keep up with their medical needs!!
