Welcome to the Brotherhood of the Silo.

I'm J the Silo Bro.

I've been in PHX for a year and I've met some cool people.

And I've also wasted a lot of time on no-shows, liars, flakes, and stalkers. Eventually, I realized the problem.

The flakes didn't respect my time because they had no 'skin in the game'.

I started only meeting people in-person who bought something from me.

Or If I was just meeting someone to chat, I'd require a small payment upfront. Wonderful things started happening.

1. My wasted time, frustration, and distress decreased. 

2. My network of serious collaborators increased.

3. Some of these people became personal friends. 

Now I'm looking to add a few new people to the group.

Anyone sane can join.

But this is mainly for guys who have few friends, work from home, new in town, married and lonely, etc. 

Yesterday, a guy responded to my ad. I was offering to be a workout partner for a fee. 

I also told him about my group.

He told me, "Sorry, I don’t buy friends."My response, "its not quite buying friends. but i see the similarity. 

Its more like paying to join a private group that is flake and weirdo free. No judgment or pressure. I've been looking for this type of group for 15 years. Now its here." 

The group is not for everyone. That's the whole point. 

I'm very selective about who I spend time and energy on.

I'd rather take my time and find a few authentic people rather than a bunch of folks with bad intentions.

After we get at least 10 vetted participants, we will begin hosting happy hours, Top Golf, trips to the casino, and other activities. 

Just imagine going to a gathering and you can trust everyone in the room because they have been properly screened. Sounds pretty awesome doesn't it? 

There is no "set dollar amount" you have to spend to participate. 

If you just slide me $10 for gas money for a quick meet/greet it's fine.

Who is the Silo Bro & why are you here?

I am a superhero who has come to earth to save our men from the isolation of working in the silo.

I have over 20 years in the silo so I know what I’m talking about.

I also spent a lot of time doing other things which gives me a unique perspective.

This is blog will showcase those perspectives.

We will discuss, money, family, women, health, technology, and other relevant topics.

Hopefully, my triumphs and failures will motivate someone to make something big happen. 

I’m here for those who need a boost or simply to remember their “Why.”
