Ren's reaction?
Maybe it'll be like, "n-no. Of course I know it well. I love flower and adore it so much, like how I love and adore you. That's why."

I like this moment in Dream Drop Distance because this is almost the very first thing Sora says to Xemnas in this encounter. Sora’s question is kind of jarring, actually, because nothing in the game up to this point has led to it; Sora doesn’t know Lea and the others are back, and Nobodies in general haven’t been brought up. So in the context of the scene, this line from Sora comes out of nowhere. And yet it comes out of him right away. This is the first thing he wants to hear about from the guy he thought he destroyed at the end of KH2?
Sora’s not a critical thinker—that’s not his natural strength, and he doesn’t push himself to mitigate that—but in watching this scene, the impression I get is that he brings this topic up so quickly and vehemently because it is something he’s been thinking about, a lot. His remarks to Roxas toward the end of the game strengthen that impression.

Remember that it hasn’t been much time at all since the end of KH2; the events of Coded seem to take place in a very short timespan. It’s probably only a few weeks (if that) between Sora fighting Roxas and defeating Xemnas, and then seeing them both again in the scenes above. Look how much his attitude has changed.
He may not be a critical thinker, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t think at all, or that everything that happens to him just magically bounces off of his protective layer of optimism and doesn’t leave any marks. I really wonder what thoughts and feelings Sora wrestled with to get him to the point we see here.
