It's exhausting. I want to share real work by real people. Not soulless trash. Even when my investigation shows that actually! Actually it IS real or it IS an actual place and its very essence was captured or CREATED by an ACTUAL PERSON who is SO TALENTED, the fact that I've had to go looking into it at all is so disheartening.

I see something cool now and I just go "probably ai, I cannot be bothered to research it and check so I'm not gonna share," and that sucks.

Today @silvy-onthemoon and I tried out making our own homemade vegetable broth! We saved all our veggie scraps in the freezer for a week, added some celery that was wilting in my fridge and a parsnip that we got from a local organic farmer, and then dumped everything in a pot with water to cook for 2-3 hours

It turned out really tasty, a bit sweet from the parsnip and not super strong (maybe we didn't cook it long enough or maybe it just goes that way when you use scraps? Idk) but I'm so happy with it! We've now frozen it in an ice cube tray so that we can easily get how much we want for any given recipe :3

I will update when we try it out in cooking!

Hi I'm so sorry I don't mean to embarass you but I think your headphones fell out of your phone, it must have happened at the bus stop, your phone has just been playing out loud in your hand this whole time and you didn't notice.
