I was even more of a silent Santa with you, deary, and I apologize! I did not forget about you! I remembered you mentioning that you liked all things kawaii and your tumblr pretty much reflected that! I was actually rattling my head forever over what to make, especially within that category, and this stroke of an idea has to be my favorite yet! Hello Kitty and the gang happen to be one of my favorite icons and they fall perfectly into the Kawaii category. I hope you enjoy these dresses as much I did making them!

Surprise I’m your Secret Santa!

I know you’ve had a rough past couple days, but I hope your early Christmas gifts can cheer you up!

So today I have for you two modern loft-type homes.

The first one is an actual house:

20x30 lot

1bedroom

lots of clutter and stuff!

study/studio

open plan design

rooftop garden!

The second one is actually an apartment (for a more lofty feel):

25x30 lot?

garage

2 bedrooms (one is kids/nursery)

2.5 bathrooms

space out back for activities

2 story ceiling

less clutter and plants cause my game got pissed and lost my plants >.< lol

Included in each file is a list of all needed CC as well as TONS of pictures! (I got a little carried away) They are unedited pics, though so beware….

I tried to use sell known/easy to find CC, but as long as you search exactly what is written in the .txt, you should be able to find everything!

Of course you can change whatever you want, they are yours after all.

A big, fat, bearded, chimney diving ❄ MERRY CHRISTMAS ❄ to my Simblr Secret Santa giftee rayscho! I don’t know if this is what you wanted, but I figured legacies involve a lot of babymaking, right?

This is a pose pack of 11 poses, intended for use when taking a family portrait (but you know, I don’t really care what you do with them), perhaps for a Christmas card *wink wink*

Good to know;

The “adult” poses can be used by teens, YA, adults and elders. But the child poses can be used only by children, and toddler poses can be used only by toddlers, or your sims will stretch into weird, broad-shouldered Slendermen.

The “couple” poses in this were created in the way that when placing them, simply place both/all three Sims in the same rotation on the same square, and they should fit together properly. You might, but probably won’t, have to Alt adjust them.
