Hi everyone! I’m sorry that I haven’t been on much recently, work has been much busier than anticipated!

When I saw the wavy hair from Backyard Stuff I knew that I would have to make some hairs with it! I went back to my roots and meshed it with my signature pulled back braid–I hope you guys like it! :)

Note: I played with weights several times and could never get it to work perfectly, so when she turns her head the braid will be stretched a bit.

It comes in EA’s 18 colors It’s for females, teen-elders It is BGC and hat compatible!

Requested by @mckatsims. I took many parts of the floorplan we talked about, and yea, made it two stories. Buuuut there’s a special surprise, and guess what? I’m not telling you where it is, but you can’t avoid to see it when you play the house ;) 

You wished for a house with very limited CC. I kept the CC to only doors and windows, and well, patterns, but you might already know of this, lol!

The house is build in a modern style with sandy colors. The only place where I used the chrome/metal is in the kitchen area. The rest of the house has wooden panels and wall paint. All floors apart from the bathrooms and kitchen are hardwood, while there are tiles in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. 

Outside you have a two spot garage and room for bicycles. The garden itself is kept simple only with green shrubs and plenty of space for a kids play ground when that time comes. Behind the house there’s a small area that can easily be used as a terrace, and a pool.
