hey so the Israeli military sprayed a chemical irritant on a civilian UK flag carrying ship carrying aid to Gaza. And then boarded and kidnapped the humanitarians and journalists on board, including Greta Thunberg, Rima Hassan (French MEP), and 10 other humanitarians and journalists.
In International Waters, ships are considered the territory of the state whose flag they carry. Israel just kidnapped civilians from 7 different countries from UK territory after spraying them with a chemical irritant. I'm pretty sure that's an act of war against the UK.

June 1, 2025 - Women paint the Palestinian flag on the steps of Piazza Gramsci, in Orgosolo, Sardinia. [link]
We believe that in such a dramatic moment, such as the one the Palestinian people are experiencing before the eyes of the entire world, we cannot remain indifferent. Faced with the painful awareness of our impotence in stopping a conflict, we wish to express our dissent with the peaceful tools at our disposal.

Most Algerians wish to cut relations with France, people need to understand how fucked up that country is, how they colonized us for 132 roughless years where they committed the most heinous crimes, then manipulated us for 62 others with neocolonialism tools and today when we try to get back on our feet a little, they launch a whole mediatic-political war against us, their dominant party today are the descendants of the OAS (settlers in Algeria) the recently deceased founder, used to openly torture Algerians and was never punished for it. I could talk all day about how horrible France is to our diaspora too, but the point is; those bilateral relations need to be cut, I hope Algeria will be able to do it soon.

Help Ala's family
Here is my story. My family of five and I were living a peaceful and stable life in our beautiful little house. We worked hard to provide a decent life for our three children, and they were proud to see our children learn and grow in a safe and stable environment. But in a sudden moment, their lives changed forever.
The disaster happened when our house was completely destroyed due to the war. They lost everything: their home, their source of income, and even their children’s education. They became homeless and insecure, living in difficult and dangerous conditions. The children, who used to go to school with joy and hope, are now deprived of their most basic rights to education, and live in constant fear.
And now. My husband and I are trying hard to secure their basic needs, but we face great challenges. Every day is a struggle for survival, and an attempt to rebuild what they lost. Despite the pain and suffering, there is still hope in our hearts that we can rebuild our lives with the support of kind people. 💔🙏🙏
We desperately need your support and donations to rebuild our home, educate our children, and provide them with a decent life. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a huge impact in improving our lives and restoring hope to us
Thank you for your generosity and support
💔💔🙏

this is a comic my dear friend @wolf-aid had made using batman both because he’s a very dear character to me and because we are hoping that a popular character will bring more attention to the comic itself.
the comic says most of what i can say already — but i’ll say it again. ibrahim is an incredibly sweet young man who i’ve been close friends with for a few months now. he and his family need help to be warm, to eat, to get medicine, and to survive — hopefully soon they can escape their awful circumstances.
please have a heart: donate what you can, reblog this post, and pay attention to ibrahim’s campaign.

Thank you all for your incredible generosity. As most of you know, aid into Gaza has been severly limited, making the prices of even the simplest things like flour astronomically expensive. Because of this, majority of the funds raised have been used to stave off starvation as famine sweeps through beseiged Gaza. There is a glimmer of hope on the horizon: there is a possibility of the Rafah crossing reopening, meaning people can evacuate once more. It is Mahmoud's greatest wish to evacuate his family, especially his parents as soon possible, and because of this, we've increased the goal amount in hopes of collecting enough money to evacuate the Balousha family. Previously it cost nearly $10,000 to evacuate one person. The new evacuation cost is to be seen. Please donate if you can to help this family escape from this war.
Help my family evacuate from here
Your help would have been the reason for saving and escaping my family from the difficult war. Help them here.

I love how the representative of the zionist entity that's been killing Palestinians for over a year now attacked my country for not doing anything for Palestine (Normalizers agreeing) but I love more how my country representatives responded by not talking to him directly, because there's no way in hell an Algerian will acknowledge this settler colonial entity, or consider it a real country. He said that a genocidal entity should not be sitting over that table, the Palestinian representative which was also attacked , pointed out that The zionist entity had killed 44k Palestinians, 10k still under the rubble, 100k injured so he isn't fit to represent the interests of Palestinians or talk in their stead. Which I find perfectly reasonable.
I'd like to point out that ever since being elected as a non permanent member of the UN security Council, Algeria has done everything to give Palestine a full membership in the UN (can u believe that it still doesn't have when the UN claims a 2 states solution!? That alone is laughable) , is at the head of initiatives for kicking out the zionist entity from the UN, of taking Netanyahu to court, reccuring initiatives for ceasefires, incriminating the entity and so on. Ever since the beginning of the last genocide, our diplomacy moved around a lot to try and help, not that I'm saying it's enough, they need to continue and do more but the fact remains, there's no possible way of comparaison between us two.
Algeria has good historical relations with Palestine, their new state was declared on our lands, it's the primary case in our foreign interests and not from today, and if those fuckers let anything come in or out of Gaza we would surely have contributed along with so many ppl to make aid enter Gaza, we literally had to resort along other countries to enter aid through the sky in drones if you remember. That criminal entity is the last country to be able to talk about aids and helps towards Palestine when they started the whole humanitarian crisis to begin with 🤦🏻‍♀️ and they're the main antagonist in the story 🤦🏻‍♀️ yet they dare attack us🤦🏻‍♀️
What bothers them is that our country works diplomatically and peacefully against them, they have no excuse to attack our country like with the Yemen, Lebanon and Iran, but along other countries we are bothering them, kicking them off everywhere, humiliating them, exposing them and they don't like it. We think what we're doing is harmless but this comes to reward our efforts like some say الصراخ قدر الألم. We're not upset with making enemies of the zionists and their allies, if we don't make enemies then we're not working hard enough.

Hello
my name is Aya, I am 26 years old, currently living in the northern part of Gaza City, and I am a mother of two children. My oldest is my daughter, Sana'a, who is 5 years old, and my youngest is my son, Wasfi, who is 3.
Tumblr media
Since the morning of October 7th, 2023, our lives have been turned upside down. We have lived through the hardest days of our lives, facing displacement and homelessness. We have been forced to leave our home more than ten times since the war began. We would leave without knowing where to go.
Tumblr media
We sought refuge in schools and relatives' homes, hoping we could return home and that this nightmare would end. But our house was bombed, and our dreams were destroyed. We became homeless and displaced.
Tumblr media
Every day, we wake up to the sound of bombs and rockets. I lived in constant fear and terror with my children, especially when my family's house was bombed while we were taking shelter there.
Tumblr media
We are experiencing a real famine in Gaza. I’ve gone to bed with my children many nights without dinner because there is no food available. We have had to eat animal and bird feed due to the high cost of flour just to fill the hunger of my young children. Even after eating it, we all suffered from diarrhea and severe stomach pain. My children developed rashes on their bodies due to the spread of viruses and the accumulation of garbage. There is also a severe shortage of water, and even when we find it, it's not safe to drink.
Tumblr media
My children cry, asking for vegetables, fruits, and eggs, but we cant afford them because we have no income. The gas shortage has forced us to use fire for everything—cooking and baking—using plastic and pipes because firewood is so hard to find.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My children also developed jaundice, and I struggled a lot to get them better because there was no access to vegetables, fruits, or medicine. I even feared that my son might have developed polio because he already had leg problems before the war, and they worsened due to malnutrition.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Winter is coming, and we have nothing for it. I need clothes and shoes for my children to keep them warm, but I can’t buy them because they are so expensive.
For this reason, I beg of you and hope that you can support me, even with the smallest contribution, so I can provide my children with the most basic necessities of life.
I was displaced with my children to my family's house, tears in my eyes. On the way, Salah Al-Din Street was bombed, and the Israeli occupation committed horrific massacres. By the grace of God, we survived for the first time. We lived in terror and fear. A few days later, my family's house was bombed, and we were pulled out from under the rubble, miraculously surviving for the second time.
When my husband heard the news that we had died, he came to bid us farewell, only to find us alive by God's grace. We returned with him, but as the situation worsened and the fire belts in our area increased, we started to flee again and again, not knowing where to go next.
I beg of you to share my story and help me continue to live.

i've been feeling incredible anger and frustration lately with these posts lamenting what the next four years will look like in the u.s., how much "worse" things will get under the trump administration, as if we haven't been witnessing a holocaust for the past year funded by the biden administration. if you have seen a single video from gaza, a single picture, read a feature from a gazan journalist, spoken to a single person in your inbox when they plead for your attention and help, words like "worse" or "better" turn to ash in your mouth. just yesterday my friend hilda texted me that even when her family manages to get food, smoke from the fire needed to cook aggravates her sinus allergies, making it difficult to breathe. this is how she's been living for the past year and a month, under a democrat-funded genocide.
below is a small fraction of the palestinians who have reached out to me for help with their campaigns. it is a huge source of shame to me that i can't keep up with all of the people in my inbox. please go to their accounts and read their stories. and please give what you can spare.

how would you continue under these conditions?
even though @hildanasr1 has been fundraising on here for several months and been vetted by mohammed ayesh w gazaevacuationfunds since october 9, her family has barely received any donations.
on top of surviving under constant shelling, losing all sense of stability, living with nine people crammed into a tiny tent afflicted by snakes and insects, struggling to find adequate food every day, and the terror of being pregnant (!!) for the first time when healthcare infrastructure is constantly at the brink of collapse--hilda has to go through the demeaning, frustrating process of navigating tumblr and twitter to ask for help. she endures constant disappointment and annoyance because it's her family's best shot to survive.
this is exhausting. these people are exhausted! what else does she have to do to win our attention and sympathy?
right now her campaign is at €1,391 / €50K. let's get hilda to €2,000 by friday! please ask yourself if you can spare even the price of a coffee.

i share a lot of fundraisers on here but right now i want to take a moment and bring extra attention to @ibrahim-family's campaign, #25 on the @gazavetters spreadsheet:
he's only fifteen years old. younger than my youngest sibling. and he's responsible for saving the lives of his family. can you imagine having to grapple with that at 15? would you be able to handle the pressure?
every day he messages me, full of anxiety when my responses lapse, and when i share his posts or tell him what i can do to help he tells me he loves me.
today he told me that his uncle was martyred just hours earlier.
when the genocide is over, ibrahim is still going to need love and support, but right now he needs the resources to survive. please, please, please donate what you can to his campaign, no matter how small.
