After I finished the Long Sleeve uniform, I became pretty unhappy about how my Sailor Uniform was looking, so I decided to revisit it.

Change log:

Split up the texture to give individual pieces more space, meaning the texture looks a lot crispier (quote from @houseofabsurdities)

Made the waist a bit slimmer, so the uniform looks more fitting

Fixed the boob glitch for chubbier sims
