Here’s another base game only home and this time it’s a dark modern farmhouse, made without CC in Windenburg, on a 20x30 lot and it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! I’ve also used used no CC gallery art from: Catatron16, Cribea9, xXSarina_27Xx, Fruitloops40, Cocosims2205, Cicosims, SimsationalToo.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it.
