Exactly what it says on the tin. Starting at SCP-002 (for reasons), I will attempt to summarise an SCP a day in a couple of sentences, for those who love the Foundation's work but can't stand long-worded things.

SCP-030: The Homunculus
This SCP is a small humanoid creature, measuring roughly 2.3 feet tall. Its biological mass is largely composed of clay found only in particular areas of England, and its eyes are solid blue, appearing like cut sapphires. This SCP is sentient and possesses knowledge and intellect roughly equivalent to a 17th-century academic; in order to preserve the SCPâs integrity, it is not allowed to view any modern scientific information nor fictional texts from after 1623 CE. SCP-030âs knowledge seems to stem from more than one universe, as it knows things that do not appear on any historical record. It speaks with an English accent that cannot be traced to any particular region.
The SCP regularly requests materials for personal research purposes. It is also light-controlled: if the room is darkened, the SCP falls into an inert, âdeathâ-like state until the lights are turned back on, at which point it reanimates as if nothing had happened. It can remain in suspended animation for unlimited time with no ill effects and doesnât seem to need to enter suspended animation to survive in the same way that humans need sleep to do the same.
TL;DR? A small little grey research person. Protect at all costs.

I just made the same mistake, except I don't delete it. I just live with it, since nothing can be hidden from the Foundation.
Not entirely true... Iâve been hiding from the Foundation for a few months now and they havenât found me yet. Even speaking to you on this blog is risky.

you give off the vibes of a person who's always just SLIGHTLY pissed
Hah! Perhaps I am... though whether you mean pissed as in âdrunkâ or pissed as in âpissed offâ is another story....tbh probably both.

You can also check me out for ease of reading! ;P
Where's a good place to start for SCP? I'm new :/
If you are new, Iâd check out the Top Rated Pages. If you read a bunch from here, youâll know the most popular SCPs and it will help you get an idea of the universe. Youâll also have a decent idea of what people are talking about when they mention certain numbers. From there, where you go is up to you!- Sly

@scp-wiki-official Maybe we should test Ajit Pai on 684....
Honestly though, Iâd rather hand him 463 to stir his coffee with.
Sign this petition for Ajit Pai to have a picture of SCP-096 sent to him and just sit back and wait

This is a cool idea! When I first saw the blog name, I was expecting something like Simple English Wikipedia but for SCP articles, but I see it's more about brevity than reading level. Do you take word choice into account when you write these? Do you focus on keeping the SCP format's tone intact?
Hey, thank you so much! Iâm glad to see people enjoy my content as much as I enjoy writing it :) In all honestly, it started out as a cross between me discovering the foundation and going âOOOhh this is cool! I should do something to contribute to this!â and also as a writing exercise. I might not get to it daily but Iâve become damn good at taking a long piece of text and stripping it down to essentials (it really helped when writing my personal statement for uni!). I like writing these in a short, formal tone, though I also love putting little jokes and humorous bits in; the âTL:DR?â at the end is always meant to be a funny little summary (and sometimes itâs not even a summary at all :P). Theyâre written in what Iâd like to describe as a humorous homage to the original articles :)Thanks for the ask! - Mun

SCP-Null
This SCP is a tumblr.com user by the name of simple-scps. They create condensed versions of foundation containment logs for viewer enjoyment. Despite their claims to be a perfectly normal person, they often disappear for days or months at a time without explanation, leading many to believe that simple-scps only exists partially in this universe. Simple-scps does not confirm or deny the truth of this statement.
TL;DR? Continue to monitor.

SCP-029: Daughter Of Shadows
This SCP takes the form of a pubescent girl of Asian descent. She displays extraordinary strength, speed, reflexes, and imperviousness to damage. Her skin colour is 80% melanin, with the remaining 20% completely devoid of colour to the point of albinism. She is also extremely physically aggressive, killing those who enter her containment unit (she prefers not to shed blood and will usually strangle them). Any men who come into contact with her can be bent to her will and she can make them do whatever she wants. There are a few groups of men labelled âfollowersâ who display such behaviour, and the SCP becomes distressed when these groups are terminated.
TL;DR? Keter class. This girl ainât fuckin around.
