An expressionist sculpture at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. most of the people see’s this as “a Kanggaroo springing to action”. this was made with metal scraps and agricultural tools. Every detail into this sculpture was perfectly modeled by Smith as he used some of his welding knowledge into the sculpture , he was inspired by Pablo Picasso and Julio González.

Red Horses: Franz Marc
Franz Marc once said that “Every color must say clearly 'who and what it is, and must, moreover, be related to a clear form."
Marc was very specific in painting this with regards to every color, the red horses signifies an earthly environment and green defined the peacefulness of the surrounding. This painting can be or can promote peacefulness in surroundings . The colors that Marc used was very realistic and has a very cam atmosphere.

During the War that has been taking Place, Franz Marc believed that it would purify and redeem the universe, the animals were seen struggling throughout the war, Marc started painting to show his thoughts about what is going on with the animals, he believes that in every struggle there will be a light at the end and he would not loose hope in seeing animals be part of the universe again.

After World War 2, Abstract expressionism emerged in the United States, each artwork that were created dealt with extreme deep emotions, each stroke of the paint meant every personal experience. the US used this style as a symbol of the United States Democracy. One of the Paintings i came across during my visit in the Museum Of Modern Art Last year was this Painting of Georges Rouault of the Italian Woman, the context of this painting strucked me and caught my eye , this painting was a great example of how personal emotions and experience can shape up a painting and its effects on society.
