Everyone knows the girl from Flushing; the nanny and fashion icon that blew into the Sheffield family's life (and our livingrooms) on that fateful day in 1993 and kept everyone on their toes with her antics, distinctive voice, and vast wardrobe.

Moontaart and I decided to recreate some of her most iconic looks from the hit series so both you and your sims can relive the nostalgia and absolute fashion high that was The Nanny!

Cheap and Chic Dress & Accessory Top(45 swatches, 4464 polys) - What says style and flair more than a keyboard dress? In anyone else's wardrobe, this would be a novelty; in Fran's, it's a staple! Comes with an accessory top (index finger left).

Nadine Dress (50 swatches, 4302 polys) - How does your hair look? No one cares when you're wearing this showstopper in Fran's favourite colour: leopard (as well as forty nine others)!

Hiiii! This project took so much work that I lost track of the hours I put into it. I started building this three years ago, and at one point, I felt so overwhelmed that I didn't touch it for a LONG time. But I wanted to see it through, and I’m really glad I did!

Adventure Time is one of my all-time favorite shows, and capturing a bit of its magic in The Sims 4 was important to me. The house was created for a community of kids, so it's super colorful and packed with fun activities just for them.

The build is huge, so make sure to consider your PC specs before downloading it. I truly hope you will love it. I'm proud of myself for finishing all of this.

The Tree Fort [CC-FREE]

This treehouse is inspired by The Tree Fort, where Finn and Jake live in Adventure Time. It pays homage to the original, but I've taken a lot of creative liberties to make it playable in TS4. It's home to a community of kids who go on adventures and live without any adults! It includes everything they need for their everyday lives and plenty of activities to enjoy around the lot. Feel free to download the household I've created for this build, too, if you want. Have fun!

Sooo, there was a tie in the poll results. This is the first build you voted for, and I will work on the second one as soon as I can.

Obviously, I don't have the Hobbies & Businesses EP yet, so feel free to update the park when it becomes available and if you get it. With or without it, this is still a lot with many things to do for your Sims including more than 10 skills and many different activities! I hope you'll like it and the video.
