how i deal with my ed
my diet:
🌸eat a MAXIMUM of 700 calories a day!
🍯drink LOTS of water!
🌸drink tea if you want extra flavor
🍯don’t eat before 2pm and after 8pm (18hr fast!)
🌸some foods i cut out of my previous diet!
soda or any other drinks that aren’t water or tea
breakfast cereals (excluding oatmeal & granola)
chips & french fries
syrup for the off chance i eat any breakfast foods that require it
any bread that isn’t Grain, Wheat, or Wheat Tortillas
ANYTHING FROM MCDONALDS💀🤮
there are many more that i will include in anothe list down the line
🍯eat fruit daily, unless fasting! (2 cups at least!)
🌸fast in fridays!
🍯cheat days have to be planned in advance! for example my cheat days are anytime i have a family event, because if i don’t eat or if i diet i will get hospitalized or something, or whenever i go to disneyland. family events are only about once a month, sometimes less frequent, and disneyland days are about once a week.
workouts
🌼workout in the morning!
🍵do a mini work out after every meal!
🌼try to ride a bike (stationary or real) everyday!
🍵workout before you go to bed!
morning workout:
45 squats
40 jumping jacks
35 crunches
30 lunges (15 on each side)
25 toe touches
20 squats
15 jumping jacks
10 crunches
10 lunges (5 on each side)
5 toe touches
run in place for 3 minutes
wall sit for 2 mins
one minute plank
30 second wall sit
mini workout:
20 squats
15 jumping jacks
10 lunges (you know the drill)
5 toe touches
1 minute wall sit
before bed workout:
50 crunches
30 jumping jacks
20 lunges (what’s good)
30 second plank
30 jumping jacks
10 squats
distractions:
🍃chew sugar free gum if you want to eat
🍂drink water; maybe you’re dehydrated!
🍃take a hot shower/bath
🍂look at thinspo/fatspo/sweetspo/meanspo
🍃write down why you want to be skinny on little slices of paper, put them in a jar and if you want to eat, pull one out of the jar
🍂slowly count to 100
🍃chew on ice
🍂draw a picture of you at your goal weight
🍃listen to music
🍂talk to other ED blogs on tumblr
low cal snacks (under 100 cals):
any vegetables
a small tangerine(25-30)
½ - 1 cup watermelon(25-60)
1 - 2 cups of fresh popcorn. (25-65)
12 pretzel sticks (25-30)
1 medium peach (35-40)
1 banana (90. eat half if that’s too much!)
greek yogurt with fruit. light & fit. (80)
^ i like to add ¼ cup granola with the yogurt if it’s for dinner or if family is around.(83cals)
1 small apple (50-60)
1 small orange (50-60)
1 cup strawberries (53)
a slice of great should never be higher than 90 cals
one slice of an orange (8)
grape (2 cals each)
string cheese (50)
daily:
🌟weight in every morning
💖record weight in MyFitnessPal
🌟^speaking of MyFitnessPal, log all of your food & water!
💖workout
🌟stretch every morning and night; before your workout
just some extra tips:
🌺take an ice bath at least twice a week!
🌿eat slowly!
🌺chew your food until it disintegrates
🌿drink water after every bite you take
🌺try eating with your non-dominant hand
🌿if your craving something sweet, try eating something sweet but not necessarily a desert.

So tomorrow, November 5th, it’s Monday. And I’m getting my shit together.
I’m tire of being fat. Of being tired all the time. Of hating myself because of my anxiety. I wrote my “month rules” in my Ana diary, so I’m not writing them again, but if I follow them, I’ll be skinny and happy.
Today, I binged for the last time. I’ve been in a binge cycle for the last 2 weeks so I gained a lot of weight, but by December, I’ll lose it all. Btw if you guys have any tips for binge cycle or thing like that, feel free to send me those!
Every week, I’ll take a 10 or 7 days diet (following a 20 or 30 days diet is too complicated). I’ll post them every Sunday. Maybe I’ll follow one 2 weeks in a row, i don’t know, but I’ll post it again probably… I’m also cutting meat, so my diets are gonna be based of fruits, veggies, crackers and eggs.
This week’s diet is the new jeans diet.

*Other Reasons to be Thin*
- No chin doubling when you look down
- Sports and PE become so much easier
- Your loose clothes can be made into some other DIY clothing items that look great and fit you well
- Rings will fit you or be too loose
- You won’t have any belly to tug and cry over as you fall asleep
- You can take a lot of pictures without having to delete most of them because you look fat in them
- People will get the impression that your discipline and dedication is no joke. You’ll have a subconscious power.
- Studies and work can be focused on rather than the tension of being a whale
- You could eat what you love, again. (Provided that you work it off later, which would also becone easier)
- Your thighs won’t be rubbing together as you walk. You’ll feel air between them
- You can sit comfortably on your desk at school or work without the fear of destruction
