Get set up in your new dorm room and meet your fellow students, maybe join a club or two! On the first floor of your dorm, you will find the common area where we keep recreational and gaming equipment that can be checked out from the hall desk, as well as a small kitchen for late night snacking.

Don’t forget to take note of the lecture halls inside the main building so you aren’t late on your first day. The Dean has a great view of the entire Campus from his office in the tower so make sure to be on your best behavior.

The library in the West wing of the main building boasts more than 3000 books to browse, 14 desktop computers, and a quiet space to spread out and do all that homework you’ve neglected!

The cafeteria in the East wing of the main building will keep you well fed. Keep an eye out for (hopefully) delicious experimental dishes from the Culinary Arts Kitchens upstairs.

Interested in the fine arts program? Take some time to explore your creativity in the Art District next door to the dorm. With it’s towering walls decorated with former student’s works of art, you’re sure to feel those creative juices flow and become inspired to create some of your own.

Across the Quad from your dorm is the Science District. Collect samples from the surrounding area to splice and grow in our gorgeous Greenhouse and terrace.

In your free time, ‘The White Lotus’ basement terrace is a gorgeous place to grab some caffiene and sweets. Later in the evening, The Green Leprechaun Bar will be your new stomping ground. Mingle with your fellow nightowls and blow off some steam! Shop at the official campus bookstore for all of your supply and swag needs.

Note :

Every items have been successfully playtested. For MAC users, you might encounters stuttering issues if your computer is running on an old version or with minimal requirements. For newest versions or PC users, no issues have been found.

Because the University is set as a lbrary, kids can possibly show up. It doesn’t happens a lot, but it could be annoying for some users. To prevent this, chose the lot trait “teens hangout”. Also, if you’ve Get Together, create a group of students and set up the campus as their favorite location. With both combine, you’ve a slim chance to have kids showing up, and if they do, they’ll leave pretty soon.

Women of color love to edge up our hair styles, I’ve been doing it for 40 years when all we had was Dippity-Do and Dax wax. That struggle was real, especially when your hair edges didn’t stand up to the basement, house dance. Memories.

Anywho, I created edges for some of my favorite hairstyles in the game to compliment them and make my sims even cuter, in my eyes. Hopefully they can be useful to your game too. :)

The Amira Edges are for all ages and genders, although I had females in mind for them. It has a full scalp and works for hairs with high hairlines, clay and alpha. 11 swatches, EA colors. Found in skin details for all, tattoos for adults and face paint for children and toddlers.

The Curl Up Edges are for all ages and genders and have a light scalp, found in the same places as the above details. 8 swatches, EA colors. Had the toddlers in mind when I did it but works well with other hairstyles, especially cornrows and braids. Both styles have a generic, custom thumbnail.

Functional Toddler Bunk Bed Frame & Zero Footprint Mattress

Bunk beds for your toddlers. Decided to just do the one mattress so that you din’t have 2 lots of every recolour you need lagging up your game, which means that you have to place the top one with moo. Also the top bunk looks a little safer if you don’t have the mattress as high as the preview 😉

Hello simmers! Today I bring to you all of my custom traits so far in one download file, as requested by anonymous. There are a total of 12 traits.

Hopeless Romantic: These Sims dream of finding “the one”. They are devoted partners and will never want to flirt with sims other than their romantic interest. Hopeless Romantics enjoy being around the one they love, benefiting from an increased romantic relationship gain.

Natural Cook: These Sims are natural cooks! They can learn the cooking and baking skills faster than other Sims and can easily make higher quality food. Natural Cooks also benefit from a boost to the Culinary career.

Handy: These Sims are gifted with a hammer and wrench! They are great at upgrading and repairing objects, and benefit from an increased Handiness skill gain. Handy Sims also benefit from a career boost to the Astronaut career.

Natural Born Performer: These Sims were born to be on stage! They love performing comedy, playing music, singing and dancing. Natural Born Performers learn Charisma, Comedy, Dancing and music skills faster than other sims. They also benefit from a boost to the Entertainer career.

Computer Whiz: These Sims are tech geniuses! They love programming and playing video games. A computer whiz’s savvy tech knowledge gives them an increased programming and video gaming skill gain and a boost to the Tech Guru career.

Nurturing: These Sims love caring for babies, toddlers and children! They often want to buy new toys and spend time with their children. Nurturing sims also benefit from a performance boost to the Babysitter career.

Workaholic: These Sims are dedicated workers. They always aim for a promotion and never want to take a vacation day! Teens with this trait will aim for high grades at school and want to complete homework and extra credit assignments. Workaholics benefit from a boost to all career performance gain.

Green Thumb: These Sims love plants and enjoy spending time tending their garden! Their green thumb makes them natural gardeners, giving them an increase to the gardening and herbalism skills.

Photographer’s Eye: These Sims see life through the lens of a camera. They love taking photographs and can always be found with a camera in hand. Sims with a Photographer’s Eye benefit from an increased photography skill gain and take higher quality photographs.

Animal Lover: These Sims love all kinds of animals. They enjoy collecting new frogs, insects and fish to add to their growing collection of pets. Animal Lovers benefit from an increased fishing skill gain.

Socially Awkward: These Sims constantly struggle with social interactions and prefer to be alone. Socially Awkward sims have a hard time building relationships and have a decreased Charisma and Comedy skill gain.

Angler: These Sims make great fishermen! They love fishing and strive to catch the biggest and best fish. Anglers benefit from an increased gain to the fishing skill and often catch higher quality fish.
