Villa Del Kokos

If someone remember my Del Sol Valley House, I have made a major upgrade to it and it’s remade with 99% maxis match cc (!)

Even though -  it’s very much in Kasa Kokos-style and I really love this build!

It’s somewhat minimalistic decor, with warm wooden elements that blends so well with the concrete walls and floors. It comes with a gym room, a home movie theater, a bar and a luxury outdoor pool.

Wisteria set

This is a set with modular wisteria (I’m in love with that tree ! I have one in my garden and I can’t wait for it to bloom). It contains 2 trees (one small and one big), 4 modular pieces to cover walls and top (will fit particularly my arbor from the Hortensia set but can be adjusted with 0 and 9 or TOOL mod) and an arch that fits my Neon arched tunnel so you can overlay them and create a super cool and romantic effect by night.

Everything is basegame compatible

All items are obviously high poly but I tried to keep them reasonnable - the trees and arch are 20k, larges pieces are 10k and narrow pieces only 5k. Please use with caution on low end computers.
