I realized that Luzhniki needed a bus terminal.

This one is - style-wise - inspired by the Černý Most one in Prague.

Some of the inspiration behind the Vologda world lots. I say inspiration - because I'm bad at re-creating 1:1 real buildings, and I feel like a lot of the buildings and their uses need to be "simmified" to fit with the sims style but anyway - the lots are mostly not finished anyway, there is still a lot of tweaking and furnishing to do:
The Gallery (Tretyakov Gallery)

2. Lubyanka (Lubyanka Building - former KGB headquarters, nowadays FSB headquarters). In the Sims version, it's going to be a vampire club, with some dark secrets (prison cells, interrogation rooms etc) in the basement.

3. Theater/cinema (Samara Theatre)

4. One of the palaces owned by the super-rich (Petrovsky Palace)

5. A dacha (Boris Pasternak's dacha)

6. An exemplary countryside house (Ruska Dača near Ljubljana)

7. Old-style wooden church in the countryside

8. Swimming pool Luzhniki (Olympic swimming pool in Luzhniki, Moscow)

9. Spa/swimming pool/gym/recreational center (Hotel Diament, Ustroń, Poland)

10. Hotel International (Hotel International, Prague)

Started a completely new lot in the Vologda world, a sanatorium/spa/pool.
Inspired by the grand wellness/vacation resorts of the 1970s-1980s, specifically these "pyramids" in Ustroń, Poland.

Actually opened back my Vologda save after such a loooong time. I've got a job now, and finally moved the old computer with the sims 3 to my new apartment , and I'm back to playing the game as a way of relaxing in the evening so who knows. This world might end up finished one day?

Bertone’s Auto Service in Lost Heaven, inspired, of course, by the location of the same name in Mafia and Mafia: Definitive edition. I’m back home for Christmas, which means back at the PC with my Sims save, so I can play/build a little bit :)

work on the Lost Heaven sanatorium
(it’s just a normal hospital but it would seem dumb to have so many stairs leading towards a hospital, so....it’s a sanatorium)

One of the two “official wedding venues” in Vologda. This small wooden “church” is less pompous than the St. Basil’s Cathedral in the city center; and sims can get married there and actually have a lunch/dinner with their wedding guests as well.
