Virtual assistants such as Amazon’s Alexa and Google Home have the capacity to analyse how happy and healthy a couple’s relationship is, research has found.
In-home listening devices will soon be able to judge how functional relationships are as well as interrupt an argument with an idea for how to resolve it, the study said.
The research, by Imperial College Business School, stated that within the next two to three years, digital assistants could predict with 75 per cent accuracy the likelihood of a relationship or marriage being a success.
The technology would reach a verdict through acoustic analysis of communication between couples – examining everything from everyday encounters to arguments.
The virtual assistants would then be able to provide relationship advice and what researchers refer to as democratising counselling.

The Brain, As A Transceiver
A majority of Americans believe that mediation is a waste of time.  What good is it to sit on the floor with your legs crossed for extended periods of time being unproductive when you could be out there slaving away for capitalism!! What could you possibly LEARN from doing nothing? I’m starting to feel bad for the people who get stereotyped because they go to yoga classes and drink kale smoothies.  They just want to be healthy and more in touch with the most important organ in our bodies.  Out of all the organs we have, the brain is irreplaceable.  Without it, you’re not you anymore. I mean, who are the non-meditators to judge them anyway?  I think the trouble is that Eastern philosophies are still considered to be “hocus-pocus” here in America.
A whole freakin’ lot from what I’m discovering about it.  Our brains are some of the most fascinating organs in the universe.  They don’t just process our thoughts, but they also receive frequencies in ways that our modern technology cannot. Tapping into the capability of our own bodies could be the missing piece to the puzzle of the universe.
What if we all have to tap into it at the same time?  How do we get others to try this so that we may be able to unravel the great mysteries of life?  How do we break the stigma surrounding meditation?  We need to campaign for cooperation.

This is an achievement that cannot be overlooked.  This will change so much, so quickly when they succeed.  It’s not a matter of “if” anymore.

What is Life?
Have you ever had a moment in your life where it feels like the entire world has slowed to a stop?  During this moment, you begin to think about life and the intricacies of it.  The thing that always gets me is the fact that matter is 90% empty space.  That’s right.  On a smaller scale, there isn’t much there.  So what is it that makes up the universe?
Energy. Positive and negative forces reacting to one another.
Some say it’s chaos. I say it’s natural.  Beautiful.  Wonderful.
Some believe the universe has existed forever, but nothing lasts forever.  Cells break down, atoms reconfigure their structures when contacted by external forces.
The universe, OUR universe, is just one of many in an endless cycle of simulated universes that are being created, and guided by our predecessors.
So, what is the point of the simulation?  To see how long it takes before we discover that it is indeed a simulation and create our own simulations.  I think we’re getting there.  I think the signs are all around us.  If life is not but a game, then what is the point of it?
We’ll be exploring the information, data and ancient clues left by civilization thousands of years ago.  This journey we’re about to take, this exploration of what is and what could be will be the most monumental undertaking of our lives.  Together, we will attempt to discover the greatest mystery of all.
What is Life?
