#On Friday I was so tired I allowed myself to take a nap after lunch#I said I'd just sleep for 45 minutes and go back to work#Woke up an hour and a half later#Checked the time but was still exhausted so I said I'd sleep just 30 more minutes#THEN WOKE UP 4 FREAKING HOURS LATER#So it's a trap#Unless you have the entire day off don't allow yourself to take a nap
