No idea. I don’t think it’ll go anywhere. It’s her words against his, they were both drunk which doesn’t help and the statute of limitation is between 10 and 20 years depending of the case.

IF the prosecutor actually finds that she committed slander (maybe difficult, after the court in Hamburg has already decided that she was only stating an opinion), why not sue her for damages? There's no denying that his reputation has been damaged. People who make stuff up to harm others should not be just get away with it. (Not for money, but this woman needs therapy.)

He could but he’s not like that and it already took a toll on him, he probably just want to move on. But the investigation was started thanks to his lawyers who send enough to Vilnius to start the enquiry so it’s already something. If they really dig they’ll easily see she didn’t only stated an opinion.
