A New Service: Visuals Assessment, $15.
In my role as copywriter I often find house photos to be less than perfect. Now, I can include a brief report of how your photographer may easily improve the visuals (which could be applied to the current property or to future ones). Only $15.! If the photo line-up is nearly perfect, I’ll let you know, and there will be no charge.
I dislike the new self-directed virtual tours, where one clicks and drags little circles around the house, and I’m certain that most buyers also find these tours annoying. The future will bring YouTube type video tours, with realtor narration included!

A Brief Bio Gets Read!

SEO Keywords Should Be Used Verbally, Too!

You’ve used SEO (Search Engine Optimization) keywords before, but you likely didn’t know which ones garner the most interest. That’s where The Gold List comes in!
If your property descriptions (listings) include many optimized keywords, then they’ll often land on Google’s first page. But if your listings don’t, then they are rarely seen. Certain words are what buyers want to read and hear!

Before writing a listing, Google the address; open and expand the map; note the names of nearby parks, lakes, country clubs, highways, etc., just as Google has named them. In your listings try to list 2-3 local landmarks or “attractions” found on the Google map.
Realtors and residents tend to call a park one name, like Oak Park, while Google’s map names it Oak Hill Park; locals call a road McKinney Drive, while Google names it Hwy. 3. Try to use Google's names, and your listings will have a better chance of landing on page one.
