The Pride Ring of Hell has been taken over by the Vees. No longer is there a meeting of overlords to take or make suggestions as a group. Instead, all are expected to only be in alliance with one of the three Vees, whether by selling your soul, or unwavering dedication to your overlord of choice. Whatever your choice may be, you will work without gaining anything in return. 

It’s been six years since the Hotel was attacked by the Exterminators. In subsequent meetings, the overlords began to disagree on how to keep their realm safe from the angels. Vox rebelled against the others and began Operation Angelic Security as a means to fool Hell’s inhabitants into believing that he and the other Vees were the only ones who could truly keep them safe from the Exterminations. 

Together with the other two Vees, Vox began hiring lower-class sinners and hellborn to get his security established, raised enough money to buy out Carmilla’s weapon line, and blackmailed other overlords into giving up their souls for ‘the better.’

He had only been there for a few moments before taking a glass of wine and sipping it, eyeing the room as the guests at the party mingled. His comrades and friends seemed to all be present and would greet him warmly, in turn he smiled and nodded to each of them.

As he took another sip of his wine, his eyes found Vassago in a far corner, talking rather loudly about something and it made him pause to listen for a while. The topic seemed to be a theatre musical that Bosco admittedly was not caught up on.

A very waltz-like track began to play in the room, causing Bosco to swallow his nerves, glancing around the room for a moment or two before glancing back in the direction of the group of Goetia. Twirling the wine in the glass for a moment, he set his glass down on a nearby table before making his way over to the small group of Goetia, slipping between two of them and extending a hand to the parrot.

"Pardon the interuption." He started, smiling a little. "But could I have this dance?" His nerves were all but faded, but he was trying to mask them.

A lighthearted chuckle came from the depths of Bosco's chest as he managed to help the spider with every missed step or the awkward angle a couple of dance steps he'd taken. He was quite used to dancing with many others who didn't know the dance as well nor would this not be the first time he'd been a dance guide.

"My dear, I do not believe in excluding any sinners or souls from these events, no matter your status in Hell." He spoke lowly so only Angel could hear him. "I invited you because I felt like you might need a night out that does not result in screaming or negativity on a night that should be celebrated." He pulled back a little, holding his arm out and pulled him back in only to dip him a bit. "And I could tell you might have needed a break from Hell's usual violence and clubs."

He smiled warmly, taking him to the middle of the dance floor and bowed, respectfully, before standing up right and slipping on arm behind his waist while the other slipped into one of his upper arms to hold him close to a current slow dance.

"Happy to see you've made it. You look stunning, my dear." His tone was genuine. He was sincerely happy to see the sinner at the party.

The grasp of hand on his jarred him away from his New Years thoughts; wine in his left hand slightly splashing over onto the table.

The red parrot he had been watching most of the night had just approached him, touched him-- kissed him and called him beautiful in just a few seconds of time after the new year.

He couldn't quite find the correct words to respond with, but the light blush on his face and the smile that followed it told Vassago more than words could.

“New Years Kiss” From a hopeful Goetia

Looking over his shoulder, he noticed the other Goetia, who appeared slightly tipsy. Taking the other's hand gently, he brought it to his lips, kissing it softly before moving in closer.

"I hope you don’t mind," he said softly, leaning in to place a light, tender kiss on their lips.

"Happy New Year, pájaro bonito," he added with a warm smile.

Bosco is surprised that he's so late, but he spent so much time getting ready, he'd forgotten to actually get out the door.

He checked his pocket watch and walked over to greet the other Goetia before strolling to the dance floor to seek out a dance partner.
