Eito: [Not looking up from the book he was reading] Hm?

Eito: [Closes the book in his hands] "Oh, funny you should ask that. I also don't know."

Nozomi: "Huh?! You don't know either?"

Eito: "I have theories though."

Nozomi: "You do?"

Eito: [Gets up, places his book on a nearby table and stands in front of a curtain] "Yeah, come look."

[Eito pulls back a curtain in his room, revealing a large conspiracy board]

Nozomi: [Looking up at the board in awe] "Wooaah"

Eito: "I've been keeping track of all the clues i've gottwn so far-"

[The two continue to converse back and forth as nozomi excitedly asks questions and eito answers them with equal vigor]

My second oc... eito pinksuki...... literally only had this game in my life for a few months and im already ocifying characters this is cahrazy..

No fun facts on this one im still pondering how their personalities would mesh but like pinkumi hes a cryptoglobin fusion of Eito and ??? ^.^

Wait, Mukuro canonically has crush on Makoto? (Im kind of new to dr)

Yes. Mukuro's canon crush is Makoto Naegi. It all started in 2011, when Kodaka was interviewed by the famous novelist: Ryogo Narita, creator of Durarara!. When discussing about Mukuro's character and the idea of a What if story where she survives, Narita points out that he thinks Mukuro may have special feelings for Makoto because Mukuro only stares at him during group photos.

While it wasn't intentional at first. Kodaka loves the idea so much that he adopted the idea into canon officially. (Kodaka also wrote Mukuro saving Makoto and being shy about it in Danganronpa Zero novel only a few months later after saying this.)

And it wasn't just words. A year later, Kodaka asked Narita to offically write his what-if idea they discussed earlier in order to expand the Danganronpa canon worldview:

And in the novel, Junko Enoshima also noticed and calls out that Mukuro has feelings for Makoto because he's the only photographer she pays attention to.

While Danganronpa IF's story and event may not be canon chronologically due to being a What-IF, it IS canon to the Danganronpa universe since both Kodaka and Saito stated that Danganronpa IF is a part of their worldview. Meaning that it's a canon concept in the world of Danganronpa. So while not canon in terms of events and timelines, it is canon in terms of characterization and lore.

Danganronpa IF being a canon characterization of Mukuro is later proven true in Danganronpa 3 interview, as Yuji Higa claimed to have wanted to show Mukuro being concerned for Makoto against Junko just like she did in Danganronpa IF. But Kodaka points out that Mukuro lacks the opportunity to do so since DR3 was mainly focused on class 77th casts. Thus they couldn't show the IF-side of Mukuro even when they wanted to. But having no opportunity to show Mukuro's IF-side doesn't change the fact that her IF-side is canon.

(They did had a small opportunity in Danganronpa: 2.5 OVA, where we see Mukuro jealously staring at Sayaka with Makoto. Which is likely another Danganronpa IF-side of Mukuro, as Mukuro got called out for staring at him and being jealous when learning that Makoto already has a crush in the past)

So full disclosure: Yes, Mukuro canonically has a crush on Makoto. The only issue is that Mukuro never really get the chance to show her feelings on screen due to their lack of interaction in canon. Like the only canon interaction they really have is when Mukuro saved him in Danganronpa Zero, and that's about it. Mukuro's feeling can only mostly be explored in alternate timelines and Kodaka interviews. Or official gag mangas. Where Mukuro simps Makoto a lot:
