Today we did an improvisation scene between Hedda and Brack, this helped us get into the physical theatre mind set. the lighting was low to help increase and amplify the creepy atmosphere, this combined with a elegie playing in the background was highly effective.聽
WWW: we as a group was able to devise a really effective moment that completed the atmosphere.
EBI: we added a few more non-naturalistic techniques to the scene.

We implemented song into our performance, this was first incorporated through a adaptation of the song "room where it happened" from "Hamilton". The adaptation consisted of changing s few of the words, we added in the words, "gun gets made" and 'Hedda gets played" WWW: We successfully added song to our performance which encompassed a aspect of non-naturaliatc theatre. EBI: I stayed on my own harmony, this will be accomplished by practice.

We watched the performance Hamilton. It was a very enjoyable experience that i would happily re-create. the piece consisted of multiple dance forms, song and rap, this created a very modern out-look on a not so modern story.聽

Warm up: The warm up involved a multitude of stretches on multiple parts of the body. This was to better the performance on myself as it cleared my head. Main exercise: In this section of the session we analysed the 7 tension states ( 1.exhausted 2.Related 3.Neutral 4.Curious 5.Suspicious 6.Terrified 7.Petrified ) after the analysis we acted them out. After that was completed we analysed a script, this was beneficial as it allowed me to better grasp the characters on the page. After that we acted out parts of the script within our groups, then we performed it to the class. Cool down: This involved stretches similar to the warm up but less vigorous as it was to relieve our bodies of any possible tension as to not injure ourselves.

Warm up:聽
I found that the spin rolls were highly effective as it stretched my legs and back, although it hurt a bit, but that is more to do with my inactive summer holiday. The reading of the objectives gave me the rough outline one our session so there was no misconception on the matter at hand. The wax work game allowed the whole cal to open up a bit and become more relaxed with each other, this is because we could all see one another performing something equally odd.
Main exercise :
We focused on Stanislavski's magic if, which involved us reliving a past experience in a acted out piece. This allowed us to understand his method in naturalism a bit better as it showed us Konstantin's intentions which was the complete opposite of exaggeration.聽聽We also did some group awareness activities which allowed the class to improvise spontaneously. And to conclude we acted out the park bench, this is a game in which improvisation is the only rule. This keepsthe game fresh and a light humour weaved throughout it.
