It's mostly the fact that I'm afraid to screw up raising them? I really am excited to raise Chuck with Homestar but I have this constant fear that I'll be one of those overly-protect-ful dads and then the kid will hate me for constantly getting into their business and try to avoid me. But I'm also worried that I'll give them too much independence and they'll wind up feeling alone and like their feelings don't matter. That and also their name is kind of throwing me off

That could be it. Maybe there are so many fish sticks in there that it just doesn't finish eating all of them? We'll try feeding it fish sticks when it hatches and if it doesn't I'll go back to the soft tacos method. Also, I think The Cheat is a metronome or whatever they call it. The fuzzy guys that lay eggs. Like those platypusses and echidnas

Since the KOT stole all our fishsticks I don't really know if they eat those? They might. Our The Cheat spent the first 3 years of his life eating mostly soft tacos and drinking suudsu, and he started smoking at 2 weeks old, so I don't really know if he's a great example for the species.
