⸺⠀ ✦   yes! the barista position was removed around a week ago after noticing a few issues with the role. we had intentions for that skeleton to be a sort of 'outsider with higher ambitions' character, as that was the only way to fit them into the siseon universe without being exclusionary, but as we can't mandate that, we decided on its removal. we would hate for someone to take that skeleton, not completely align with our original vision, and then find themselves with little to do once in the roleplay.

⸺⠀ ✦   we have made the decision to disallow reservations going forward. this decision is based in the fact that we have received many reservations for particular faceclaims that do not come to fruition as applications.

in an effort to curb facehogging of certain idols, we do not believe that reserving is necessary anymore considering that we have received plenty of applications that never had reserved faceclaims. this will give muns the initiative to apply for the faces that they want, rather than holding them in place for 72 hours with no intention of applying.

hi admins! just a question, would you guys consider opening a chat for muses holding higher positions? (ie. heads and directors) maybe as an ic space where maybe if they’re less likely to interact in a larger space like the rec room due to standing and circumstances for image, they might be more inclined to interact with their professional peers in a smaller chat? not sure if this would make sense if departments aren’t working closely but it was just a thought!

⸺⠀ ✦   hey! we would love to see members branch off and create their own group chats with other siseon employees as you feel may be needed within the context of the roleplay, or your own plotting! in terms of a department heads focused chat, as long as at least one admin is invited into the chat as well, we would have no issue with one being created! from a realistic perspective, it may not make sense for us as hr to create this chat ourselves, but we would be supportive of department heads taking the initiative, provided the above condition is met! we're also open to potentially running a poll on this within the roleplay... thank you for the thoughtful ask!
