Yeap, one more Relationship mod. Why not Fentonparkninja mod, for example? Because EA Attraction System is strange but the cure is strange too. In short words, he made a lot of flavors but in each flavor he raise up to the skies one value and cut off all others. In opposite to him I made one flavor of mod but well-balanced. I made it for myself but why not to share?
Let's talk about it Relationship.xml * EA made random attraction factor as 100%, Fentonparkninja made 0% - both decisions looks strange. I made it -25/+25 and now nobody fall in love with no reason with someone he must hate (EA), but at the same time attraction is not totally determined by traits (Fentonparkninja). Well, now 2 nice Flirty+Great Kisser girls have a chance to fall in love with each other and at the same time they have a chance to call each other a "slut" (sounds realistic, huh). * Traits, Occult types and Zodiac signs are important things in Sims 3 gameplay so nothing of it could be pointless excluded from the list. * Career and Skill levels really looks strange as attraction factor and useless for gameplay in this point - unlike Family funds and Celebrity level. "Everybody loves a winner so nobody loves me..." Oh, Sally, don't cry - find someone who match with you 2 traits + zodiac sign, be a little lucky with random value factor and you will sing "I wanna be loved by you, just you!" * Buffs - no single reason to cut off this factor, better made the list of buffs more logical and useful. Well, that's what I did. * AttractionNPCBehaviorController.xml Get a gift from someone who dislike us? Yes, it is definitely strange. Now we can get a gift from friends only and not every single day.

Functional Portal from "Rick and morty" by Lost Pantheon
"This is a functional Portal from the animated television series Rick and Morty, based on Rick Sanchez's Portal Gun's portal capability. The Portal is a direct duplicate of the Geyser Rift object from The Sims 3: Into the Future, except that it's purchasable for §20,000. It can be found in the Decor section of Build/Buy, under the Rugs section. The Portal takes up a 3x3 area of space. The Portal glows with a green light (or a blue/yellow light if you're using a different version) and will light up the area it's in, which is particularly noticable in dark areas. The Portal can be explored for rare gems and metals, but is quite likely to have an unintended negative effect on your Sim. For more information, please consult the Sims Wiki Article on Geyser Rifts. This mod only requires The Sims 3: Into the Future to use. There are three variations of Portal (regular Green, Blue and Yellow) in the .zip file. Choose only one to use in your game.

Stop Those Mermaids! by MrFatCat
"I like mermaids and like how mermaids was designed by EA. I always like to meet them on dive spot... but meet them on the streets of megapolis, or in arctic- or futuristic-themed world? Well, this kind of meeting looks very strange. Let's fix it! Well, what's wrong with EA mermaids? There are 2 ways how you can meet mermaids in your sim-world. 1. Spawned mermaids 1-4 mermaids spawned in every world which has at least one dive spot. They lives in special invisible mermaids cave and your sim can meet them on dive spot only. Once meet the spawned mermaid your sim can socialite with her, befriend her, invite her in his house, even let her life in his house or marry her. It is all depend on player's choice. Dive spots were designed by EA in tropic style - all these corals, fishes, seaweeds, drowned galeons items etc. Mermaids were designed by EA in the same style and looks authentic with this stuff. OK, no problems here. 2. Mermaided sims Since you start a new game, the EA script sets the hidden treat "Mermaid" to random sims and then keep spreading it to reach the percentage pointed in the Populating script. Do you know that old man Joe, the military pensioner? Yesterday he went to bed drunk and today morning he wakes up to be a little mermaid! It happens in every custom world, in every EA Store world and in every EA world exclude WA travel worlds, Into the Future world and University world. You can't change it via Game Setting menu like you can do it for Vampires or Celebrities. Yes, you can cut off the hidden treat "Mermaid" in your world via NRaas Story Progression. But, first thing, it means that you must play the game with NRaas Story Progression mod. This is the global mod which affects most aspects of the game and very weightly for the game perfomance. I like this mod but I like to have a choice too. Second, if you do this - you will kill all mermaids in the world (spawned mermaids too). Another painful point ruled by this script is Emigration. I hate to see how premade sims leaves the town with no reason and replaced with some persons with generated faces, personality and clothes. Once again, you can't change it via Game Settings menu but you can do it via NRaas Story Progression. Same things about it.

Remove an Installed EP
This can be a little difficult on Steam, but there is a method. Usually if you just untick the EP in the Properties for Sims 3, you will begin to receive an error message that there was an error during start-up and "please see the log". Helpful, right?
In order to properly uninstall the EP, you must also edit your registry. As always, editing the registry is Serious Business, and could completely hose your computer or your game. Always back up your registry and Sims saves before doing this.
To uninstall an EP from a Steam install of The Sims 3 (do not skip a step): 1. Shut down The Sims 3 completely.
2. In your Steam Library, right-click The Sims 3 and choose Properties.
3. In the Download tab, untick the EP you don't want to use any more then close the Properites window.
4. Create a System Restore Point (in Windows, right-click My Computer or your version thereof; select Properties; select System Protection; click "Create").
5. In Windows, use your "Find" charm or "Run" box to run the program regedit.exe.
6. In Registry Editor, go to File > Export and save the file to somewhere you can find it easily. This is in case something goes wrong.
7. In Registry Editor, navigate to your Sims 3 registry keys. This is normally found under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Sims(Steam)
8. There you will see a list of all EPs and SPs that you have installed. Right-click the EP you want to uninstall, and choose "Delete". After this, your game should start normally. Steam Guide by cruinne

Hi everyone! I was just about to share one of my old custom rabbit hole builds but when I took another look, I realized it contains around 200 CC's which may not be suitable for gameplay for some players. So, I went ahead and rebuilt it on a smaller lot with fewer CC's.
This was only for the police department and I'm dreading the day I have to check my custom hospital lot because I totally remembered I had a morgue with dead bodies in it.🤭

For this lot, I've reduced the number of CC to 30! Now that I'm slowly introducing CC to my lots, I've decided to create a new WCIF Navigation page to make each post neater and to help others check CC more easily for every lot, as well as crediting the amazing TS3 creators.
To respect the terms of use (TOU) of all creators, I won't include the custom contents (CCs) in my download file. Instead, I will always provide their direct links so that you all have the option to download them separately. I have followed this practice since the beginning as a creator and will continue to do so in the future.
📣 Please note that I've offered alternative links for the rabbit hole doors/rugs because I have an older version of the game so I'm currently using an older version of the rabbit hole as well. I've placed the rabbit hole room on the first floor and used a door for a "Chief/Boss showroom" but you can remove the objects if you plan to use a rug instead.
I updated my details above, particularly the 'Minimum Required Game Version' because it seems that some may not understand that this lot can still be played with new versions/patches. :)
This lot has been play-tested, including the RH door, which works fine. The décor inside the room won't affect it so you can keep it as is. As for the rug, it fits inside the room but you may need to remove the objects inside to ensure there are no obstacles when Sims enter it. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end!
