HOW DO YOU EVEN DOCUMENT PEOPLE GIVING YOU FOOD?

I mean, I get food stamps. That's a federal program and they already know what I'm getting.

But, I am supposed to report every time my gf takes me out for ice cream? Or every time she gets one of those Sam's Club rotisserie chicken for us the share? Or when she brings over extra veggies so I can use them before they go bad?

How would they even KNOW that someone brought me lunch if it's a friend or family member? Are they spying on me 24/7? Is there an implant in my stomach telling them when something I ate wasn't bought with food stamps?

The benefit system is so screwy. Like, if I somehow make $60 for a custom pony or something, am I supposed to report that shit? AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT

If/when my mom passes away and I receive an inheritance, is that going to disqualify me from benefits and I'll have to go for this god-forsaken process of getting approved all over again?

And don't even get me started on people losing their benefits entirely if they get married or even just start co-habitating.
