fun fact!  the whole "only add an ' to the end of plural words ending with s" thing only applies to when the thing is actually plural.  For example!

multiple princesses owning a castle is "The princess' castle." one princess owning a castle is "The princess's castle." "two cats' toy." "James's cats." and etc.

            Young woman offers up a smile in return; she does not know this             girl, and { perhaps foolishly } she does not consider her a threat.               It is not arrogance, bias believed due to her frame or appearance;             the Chief does not believe the girl to be dangerous to that she so              admires.  She is no Viking, though -- Vikings are rarely so hesitant.

                                   She dismounts from her friend and beckons the petite girl nearer.
