anybody else on the spectrum have this issue: Trouble understanding, interpreting and acknowledging your OWN emotions?

For real, when it comes to neuro typical folks it amazes me that they understand how to pinpoint the feeling of missing someone, or wanting something outside of just being a compulsion etc. It actually takes me quite a while to distill something I’m feeling down into the correct interpretation. :/
