@thealiveweapon I think it’s rlly interesting that u bring up their first meeting since the ARK incident/Shadow’s presumed death bcs as someone with a doctorate in Sonic’s internalization issues and how they’re reflected through his body language (maybe I’ll write a little something something up for that too hehe) I go absolutely insane abt this scene too
THE WOMAN WAS TOO STUNNED TO SPEAK‼️ Sonic gets caught in 4k (poorly) masking his internal dialogue!! Absolutely giving himself away lol
Also I simply cannot stop thinking abt the implications of Tails and Knuckles’ dialogue. After Knuckles says “Hey, isn’t that….” Tails could have easily finished his sentence by saying “Shadow!” BUT‼️🚨 Given the end credits of sa2 + the end of advance 1 it’s not hard to imagine that Shadow’s name has kind of a “no-no” vibe around Sonic and something that Tails, Knuckles, and Amy just didn’t talk abt bcs Sonic is all abt putting bad things behind himself but obviously they know that he hasn’t really moved on from it bcs part of Sonic still feels liable for Shadow’s ‘death’. Tails 100% knew why Sonic didn’t immediately come back at the end of Advance 1.

“Advance takes place before both adventure games!!1!!11” my brother in Christ. If this was supposedly set before sa2 then why would Sonic stay Super in space by himself for DAYS & come back w a solemn expression before smiling at the player to congratulate them for beating the game

I may be becoming the guy at work who won't let people talk bad about their own singing voices, but to be fair people keep talking bad about their singing voices to me
#I once had a music teacher that said no one is a bad singer they just haven’t been taught to sing#why is the ability to sing considered such a rarity your voice is an instrument#the more you practice the better you get
