SKAM 2015-2017

Season One Eva’s season taught us about individual identity. It taught us that it is important to love ourselves first and to surround ourselves with people who remind us of who we are.

“I have to find out what my opinion is. And I have to do it on my own.”

Season Two Noora’s season taught us about feminism, sexual assault and eating disorders. It showed us the importance of friends and female solidarity.

“Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.”

Season Three Isak’s season taught us about sexual identity, mental illness and prejudice. It showed us the importance of friends, communication and self-acceptance.

“Whether you believe in Allah or Jesus or evolution or parallel universes, there’s only one thing we know for sure. That life is now.”

Season Four Sana’s season taught us about religion, prejudice, cultural identity and belonging. It showed us the importance of friendship, kindness, love and tolerance.

I hate but at the same time love how skam makes me feel. I get sooo emo watching it, but I can’t stop . It consumes me, I don’t even think it’s healthy anymore but gosh it’s amazing. It makes me feel all kinds of emotions, I don’t even know. It’s just beautiful.

I just got this link sent to me, it’s the old NRK announcement that they’re making a new teenage series (Skam) and they want people to apply for auditions! It made me so emotional! This is how it all started!

Do you wanna play in NRK’s new drama series?

NRK are searching for actors to a new drama series. Are you between 15 and 18 years old, so sign up for audition in the schedule below. Applicants must live in Oslo or close. 

Casting for a new drama series begins in February. You don’t need to have any previous acting experience, everyone’s welcome. 

The drama series will have teenagers as mains. The series will be based on 16-18 year old’s universe, from school, friendship, love, sexuality and identity. 

Auditions will be held on NRK Marienlyst from February 23rd, 2015. 

Applicants must live in Oslo or close to be considered.
