HYGEINE:
- use nice shampoo & conditioner
- always use nice smelling body wash
- always wear perfume & deodorant
- always leave heat protectant in your hair
- wash your face two times a day. no exceptions!
- have a skincare routine that works for you
- keep nails perfect. that includes your toenails
- brush teeth two times a day. obviously
- whiten teeth every two weeks. (baking soda & lemon water works miracles)
- lotion every time you shower & when you need it. dry skin is disgusting
- apply chapstick in the morning & again before you sleep
- shave EVERYTHING when you shower. shave everytime or at least every other time
BODY:
- weigh less than 105lbs. anything more than that is absolutely disgusting
- hip bines
- tiny waist
- semi visible ribs
- THIGH GAP
- no arm flab
FASHION:
- always dress your best
- wear a skirt/dress once a week
- never leave your house in sweatpants
- never wear dirty clothes
- always be wearing cute underwear
SOCIAL:
- always be nice. kill people with kindess
- never kiss & tell
- talk more to that cute boy (or girl) you like
- try hanging out with people more
- take your time with people. show that you care
SCHOOL:
- never eat lunch alone
- always work hard in class
- never sleep in class
- always have a C or above
- never talk back to your teachers
- always get your homework done time
- study for AT LEAST one hour everyday. any less time is pathetic
EATING:
- never eat more that 1000 calories a day. any more is gross
- walk at least 10,000 steps everyday
- walk everywhere possible
- drink at least four bottles of water everyday
- stay busy/out of the house
- stay away from food
- always carry & use sugar free gum
- chew your food until you can no longer chew it
- eat slowly
- dont be a messy eater
- cut your portions in half & never finish your meals
- stick to your diet !!!
- log everything
- look at thinspo everyday & update your blog
- always fidget
ORGANIZING:
- plan everything
- use calendar, always
- your space should always be clean & tidy
- everything must be organized
- save your money
- plan what you’re going to spend your money on
- make a to-do list everyday
HOBBIES:
-read for 30 minutes everyday (creepypasta, ghost stories, etc..)
- keep on track with fandoms (spn, bands, etc..)
- always listen to music to stay happy
- watch things when possible
- draw everyday
- play favorite video games when possible (legend of zelda, kirby, mario, etc..)
- always be with your pets
- play guitar for at least 30 minutes everyday
- do fat burning yoga when possible
PARENTS:
- do what they say
- report what im doing & where i am if they want me to
- only talk when spoke to
- be a perfect daughter
- don’t be rude
HOME:
- do the dishes when possible. take out the trash. clean the house. make life easier for your parents
- clean room thoroughly once a week, but try to always keep it clean
OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS:
- exercise a minimum of 1 hour everyday. anything less is pathetic
- hair and makeup must be done at all times
- you cannot leave your house without hair and makeup done, even if that means being late
- handwriting must always be perfect. if it fails to be, rewrite it
