In my opinion it's a lot more healthy to be able to own that you dislike someone for petty reasons than to do all kinds of mental gymnastics to make everyone you don't really vibe with out to be a bad person actually
#ive seen it happen a couple times in cotl fandom actually#ppl getting giddy that someone they disliked was actually a bad person#what a horrible way to live. just block and move on

fandom is a lot more fun when your goal isn’t to be “that big, popular account” within the fandom but just to have fun and talk about what brings you comfort and happiness by the way

you've all gotta stop acting like "overweight" is a gentle PC alternative for the word fat and not itself an assertion of the ontological wrongness of being large. Over What Weight Precisely

i doubt this will be in the update but i want mines in cotl. It sounds extremely out of place for the game's genre but hear me out. I think it could potentially work because one of the biggest problems Cotl faces gameplay-wise is providing the player with more flexibilty and variation when it comes to resource collection as well as utilization of said resources that make the gameplay loop of crusading-base managment more sustainable (especially in end game where you barely have any initiative to venture for resources)
The majority of rooms are primarly focused on combat. I think having a dedicated area where you instead focus much less on fights and on exploration and collecting materials , with combat being more spodaric and met through enemies ambushing the player, would not only help with the afformnetioned issues but function as a pallete cleanser. I find the idea of all those gameplay mechanics being implemented through mines appealing because in my biased opinion you could thematically integrate the area to compliment the rest of the world. Venturing down through the depths of the earth has always had an mesmerizing and errie appeal for many and no wonder it has been inspiration for many lovecraftian stories. In a way it is the anti-thesis of trying to ascend to heaven to meet/become the divine. I want lamb to enter ancient ,rundown cursed mines that had been rumoured to only attract the most desperate or curious , promised by hearsay and folklore of finding something grand and life changing , only to be swallowed by the earthen abyss , never to be seen again. The only few who do make it out to warn of their experience are changed , both physically and mentally in varrying degrees. The moment you step in you can feel time warping and slowing (convient gamplay feature that allows you to spend way more time exploring than you normally can) and the depper you delve down levels , mining becomes more challenging and the enemies more threatening but the rewards much in magnitude

Hi there, I was wondering for the sad family au how Narinder is as a parent? You stated in your posts that the lamb doesn’t want anything to do with Lavender, so is Nari the opposite? And what’s Narinder’s personality like in the sad family au?
He is surprisingly a very good dad, especially considering he's kind of useless otherwise... He does his best and that's what matters most <3
He's quite lonely and wants to care for something besides himself, especially after losing his siblings. He tried to care for Lamb but it didn't work. One day this thing shows up and it looks like him so he loves it. Narinder doesn't set the greatest example as a parent but he's fun and tries to make Lavender happy. Lavender appreciates him a lot.
For my AU TOWW actually misses his siblings, even after they betrayed him. He asks the lamb to kill them thinking they would be reunited in death. Lamb isn't loyal to TOWW, they only want their revenge against the bishops. The bishops remain trapped in purgatory so TOWW tries to escape and they end up fighting for control. Afterwards, Lamb just kind of.. leaves, and walks away without saying anything. so rude :(
Narinder took great offense to this and followed them back to the cult. He tries to be as annoying and as useless as possible. He doesn't work, steals money, and walks around in his silly dress heckling the cultists (to be fair, i just like drawing him in pretty dresses). He actually cares a lot, he just has an incredibly strange way of showing it. Lamb didn't take good care of themselves as a vessel, so he wants to make sure they're okay, even if it means just bugging them all day :')
they're super divorced despite the fact that they were never a couple fhfhhdshdfh
