This is my webtoon series, Children of Genesis!!

Plot: 1921. a family of escaped genetically modified teenagers face new challenges and tragedy as they settle in a new life.

The inspirations are Attack on Titan, Fullmetal Alchemist, Teen Titans, Marvel’s Runaways, and Maximum Ride.

An update on Sonja, one of my FMA OCs, mostly her outfit. She’s a main character in this Roy-centered fic of mine that I’ll probably never write due my lack of self-confidence.

This isn’t a official bio pic , I just needed a ref pic. Here’re some things about her : D

* Her full name is Sonja Kumar * She’s from Trimuti, a region in Amestris next to Ishvala(similar traditions and beliefs, also FMA’s counterpart of our world’s India) * Has a father, mother, an older brother, and a younger sister. * Was born in 1891 * Wants to pursue a career in dancing and singing but is leading towards dancing. * She’s cunning, street-smarts, a family girl, and quite a smart mouth(only towards to those who deserve it, quite frankly Mustang) * Was a bit of a tom-boy as a child but grew out of that phase when she hit her teens. That’s when she also discovered her love for dancing. * Prefers to be barefooted, loves the feeling of the earth beneath her. * Her and her siblings were taught how to defend herself by her father.

Summary: Sonja was born into a lower-middle class family. Her father was a merchant while her mother was a housewife. Due to the Ishval civil war, many residents fled Trimuti in fear of the military taking over. Sonja’s father refused to move out of his own homeland but Sonja’s mother wanted to take the children somewhere safe. They split after that, leaving her mother in custody of her kids. All moved out of Trimuti along with Sonja’s mother side of the family. In 1915, after the Promised day came and went, Sonja went to pursue her dancing career and went off on her own, bringing enough money she obtained in her years working small jobs. In 1917, Sonja had gotten a job as a messenger for an unknown elite group, in which was actually an underground crime ring but Sonja didn’t know at the time. Don’t ask, don’t tell kind of thing, whatever can make her money. All changes when she meets a certain general with an agenda of his own…
