hey thought i’d drop my exercise routine i don’t do it everyday but i do it as often as my body will let me. let me know if it’s any good or how to modify it. i did have a surgery so i can’t do things like push ups but yeah lmao idk.

bicycle 1min
plank 1min
lunges 20 each leg
high knees 1min
calf raises 20
10 arm chops
10 arm scissors
10 bicep extensions
10 shoulder taps
60 jumpin jacks
w extensions 10
10 elbow clicks
30 ninja squats
20 chest expansions
40 leg raises
20 turning kicks
40 punches
and afterwards i do my stretches ofc
