everyone keeps asking about loosing 10lbs in one week, so, as requested, here’s what i did:
- exercised everyday, 30-45m walking. - i did 50 squats in the morning, and at night. - ate breakfast, fruit. - had bullion for lunch, and some fruit. - munched on veggies throughout the day, slowly munch on some carrots, celery or snap peas every so often. - dinner was small enough to only fill half a regular sized plate, only taking a spoonful of carbs/starch, taking a bit of protein, and then the rest veggies. - i didn’t eat any desserts, unhealthy chips, or drink anything other than water and tea. - i drank a shit ton of water, at least one large water-bottle between every meal, and then probably one during each meal. - i said ‘no thank-you’ when people offered me food.  if people asked me what i wanted to drink i said ‘water please’ - i got more sleep, up to 7 hours, sometimes even 9. - before i went to bed, i spent at least 30 minutes doing relaxation and deep breathing exercises to get to sleep instead of bingeing.
