Día 1, hombro+bícep

•Elevaciones lat. mancuernas, 3, 12-10-8
•Elevaciones front. mancuernas, 3, 12-10-8
•Curl de bícep con mancuernas, 4, 12-10-8-8
•Curl de bíceps martillo, 3, 8-10-12
Día 2, tren inferior
•Sentadilla goblet, 4, 10-8-8-6
•Sentadilla búlgara, 3, 12-10-8
•Peso muerto rumano con manc., 3, 12-10-8
•Plancha abdominal, 3, 40''
•Tijetas verticales, 3, 8-10-12
Día 3, empujes
•Press de banca con mancuernas, 4, 10-8-8-6
•Apertura con mancuernas, 3, 12-10-8
•Flexiones pectorales, 3, al fallo
•Tate press, 4, 6-8-8-10
•Press frances con mancuernas, 3, 8-10-12
Día 4, tracciones
•Peso muerto con mancuernas, 4, 10-8-8-6
•Zancadas con mancuernas, 3, 12-10-8
•Remo con mancuerna, 3, 10-12-14
•Pullover con mancuerna, 4, 12-10-8-6
•Pajaros con mancuerna, 3, 8-10-12
I'll also do Alexis ren ab workout every other day and 1000 jump ropes everyday
