I have some asks and drawing ideas I could be working on. Hopefully I can do at least one of them in a reasonable amount of time.

Have you ever heard of Pokémon Lost Silver?

Yes. Just a little bit though. I'm also well past the "Pokemon phase" I had during my teens, so I don't think I would go back and check it out again. I don't really remember much about it other than the fact that it's a creepy version of Pokemon's second generation. I may have seen a video of it during my early Youtube days alongside Mario, Yoshi, and Sonic.exe.

and if you were wondering why I draw him fat... then... 'cuz that's just what he looks like in-game? I mean of course he looks a bit different since he's drawn in my art style, but still.

To the Koopalings: Who likes hugs?

These three enjoy hugs!:

Larry is mostly neutral about them, but doesn't mind them most of the time.

Wendy is also mostly neutral, but she likes them less than Larry.

Ludwig prefers not to hug, same as Roy.

MT, do you find Spewart 'attractive'?

1: Both MT and Stewart are straight.

2: They are brothers (in this AU)

3: Even if this wasn't implied to be romantic there was no indication ever that MT found Stewart to be good-looking. They both find each other to be rather gross.

I just got back home after a long trip and I'm tired and under the weather. Coming back to see that this was the only new ask I got (for this blog) while I was gone is not a pleasant sight lol.

I'm done with school right now, so I have a few things cooking up but also I'm gonna leave in less than a week so I'm going to be inactive for a while. Not sure if I will be able to get something out before then so we'll see.

I had a bit of time on my hands so I attempted to redesign non-cannon Mister Broode.

Do the Broodals have more unique combat mechanics in their AU or would they fight the same way they do in Super Mario Odyssey?

Well, before the "incidents", the Broodals pretty much fought exactly like they did canonically. Of course, their fighting styles changed quite a bit later on.

MT doesn't use hats whenever he fights anymore. Instead, he has a lot of other things he can rely on:

MT is much, much faster than Topper. both on solid ground and when climbing.

MT has sharp teeth and claws he can use to cause damage (though he much prefers to use his claws)

He also has ranged weapons embedded in his arms, which shoot a projectile that explodes on impact. Probably a favorite of his, despite being used sparingly.

Punching is also an option. It's very effective, but MT prefers not to punch people.

Although I don't really show it much... at all, MT also has a staff that he uses in combat. It has a sharpened edge, so it can be used as a weapon (it used to belong to his father).

Hariet's fighting-style is pretty similar, though there are slight differences:

She stores bombs in her ratty hair rather than her hat (which ironically carries less bombs).

Her bombs are more poorly put together than they used to be (for obvious reasons), but she's also a bit more experimental with them. Some of them are normal, while others are stuffed with wax, rocks, water, or confetti.

She has a knife now. Not that it's that effective.

Emar is the most powerful of the group, although it is very unlikely that he would even engage in a fight of any sort

He has a sort of pyrokinesis, which he uses to create various shapes out of fire (including weapons).

Whenever he's motivated to fight for whatever reason, he also tends to float in the air, away from danger.

Emar doesn't ever use his teeth in a fight. That would just be unnecessary.

Stewart's pretty much the same, but he's less likely to get into a fight than before

though when he does, he'd probably just punch the other person in the face.
