The City: A Lobotomy Corporation TTRPG Complete Guidebook

Sorry this took so long! With 8012 total words and 46307 characters, this thing was bound to take a bit. But, without further ado, it's here! A complete guidebook explaining everything about the system in (relatively good) detail! Complete with Character Creation, Abnormalities, Running a Facility, Combat, AND E.G.O. equipment (not in this order), you have everything you need to know to play your own game! Have fun reading this, boyos. Now that this is out of the way, I'll get back onto making abnormalities for a while. I'm hoping to make around 100-130 total before stopping, so this is gonna be chock-full of content eventually. Oh, and for anyone who doesn't know what Lobotomy Corporation or Project Moon is, you can just use this as an SCP foundation system, they're fairly similar in concept! >_0 Have a good day, and remember:

I am thinking about fan fiction writers, but anyone who writes any kind of fiction can answer. (As far as I’m aware, non-fiction is usually written in the past tense - but if I’m wrong do let me know!)

If you like, explain why in the tags!

When I was young I gathered that all serious works of fiction were written in the past tense (past tense third person to be precise) so that is what i did when I started writing. However my mind was blown by the power and immediacy of Margaret Atwood writing in the present tense so I started to experiment with it myself, and now i strongly favour it. I get the impression that past is still the most commonly used, but I’m prepared to be surprised!
