A piece of artwork inspired by the song Listen Before I Go by Billie Eilish. The song had become one of my most frequent listened to songs and it has accompanied me through my darkest days. It played a huge role in my journey to a better mental health as it picked me up when I felt like the whole world had given up on me and allowing me to feel like it is okay for me to vulnerable. This song made me feel seen, heard and it made me feel like I am never truly alone because there could others out there who feels the same way that I do. To anyone who feels the same way that I did (I truly wish you would not but no one truly knows) and could relate to this song as much as I did, I hope this artwork could be reminder to you that you are not alone and whatever you are going through or whatever battle you are fighting, it WILL get better. Stay strong and battle on, do not give up on yourself. It is not about letting others down or upsetting others if you are gone just like that, it is about you not letting yourself lose this battle and trying to get better for YOU. You might feel as if no one understands but that is okay, as long as you understand what you are going through and is willing to get better. You are valid, you are loved and you are worthy. You GOT this!!
