Two Feet on the Ground by Blake, 10k, Explicit, Han/Luke

Han has never seen this kid before, but he’s seen his kind before, that’s for sure. Professionally-cut blond hair. Crooked eyeliner that somehow manages to look nervous. Brand-new, unfaded blue denim jacket with a crisp backpatch. Han can’t see the backpatch from this angle, but he’d bet ten bucks it’s either Council or Sick In The Head. One of those old, safe bands to like, disreputable in absolutely zero circles just because they existed for two years in the early ‘80s. Han looks the kid up and down, taking in the upright posture and slight babyish pout to his pink lips, and changes his bet to just Council, no S.I.T.H. Kids like this one love that self-righteous, clean-cut, suburban stuff, love rebelling by drinking milk instead of smoking weed. S.I.T.H. is probably too dark and experimental to be his favorite band.

Luke found himself alone at the Mos Eisley cantina, a drink shoved into his hand, and face to face with the most handsome man he’d ever seen.

“Hey there, gorgeous.”

Luke’s head whipped around, wide eyed. A drink had been shoved towards him.

Leaning against the bar next to him was a tall, rugged looking man with a crooked smirk. After Luke eyed him up and down, he straightened his back, shocked that a guy like this was giving him the time of day. He seemed confident, self assured and unflappable, and was incredibly, inconceivably handsome.

Guess who’s the little spoon? No, not Han. No, who says that? Nope.

He is. Yet, they kinda take turns on that matter. Beside, they both move too much on bed to actually wake up in each other’s arms. They usually wake up with Luke’s foot on Han’s shoulder and his head cuddle to his leg.

Luke likes to use Han’s clothes just for the sake of it. It’s comfy and smells good, and he also doesn’t have much clothes at first, so yeah. His shirts dance on him, but that’s an #aesthetic Han loves.

They are that horrible couple who tries to hook up everyone with everyone, they are stable and good together, so they want the same for everyone. So poor Leia has gone to terrible dates thanks to them Wedge learned after the second one he should start doing a list of excuses to give so they will not make him go to another blind date.

And there was a time they decided to make a cute couple of Wedge and Leia, so there was dinner and awkward stares between them and at Wedge, until Chewie decided it was enough and now every time Luke starts “you know who could make a good couple…?”, Chewie just kinda slaps him.

When Luke was introduced to The Wookiee Aunts™, they thought he was too smol for a good partner, so they feed him as if they were going to eat him. Han told him they were planing that and after a while, he realized the man believed that and he just… facepalmed so hard, he had a red mark on his face for an entire day.

Once more into a homey-like dynamic, they share clothes a lot. Luke’s stuff looked too small on Han, but he felt nice wearing it so fuck it. There was a point in which they don’t even knew what was who’s.

FORCE BOND, MAN, FORCE BOND. The first time Han noticed it was while sleeping, they had the same dream of kiddy Luke running through sand to find his uncle calling him home to dinner. It was an amazing experience, and even if at first it kinda freaked out Han, he likes what they can share there.

They bitch together a lot. And use the Force bond to bitch more discreetly.

Leia hates entering the Falcon, because they practically live there and it SMELLS of man, okay?

Just in general, they are too cute for this world. They are a sweet couple of nerds in love, even when they don’t realize and they think they are a serious kind of couple, mature and so. (They are too, but they are still cute).

Han likes to listen to him telling stories from Tatooine, worrying about his Force training, or going on and on about flying until Han tugs him back into bed and kisses him silent, or holds him until he falls asleep, thinking damn. I could get used to this because he lies even to himself, in his own head.

The truth is, he already is used to it. Truth is, he wants it all the time.
