Can we all agree that once K&P are in a real relationship Katniss gets to be a needy little menace?? She’s already dramatic in canon and she loves being a little shit for the sake of humour.

I’m imagining her and Peeta at the lake sunning themselves after swimming all day. When Peeta starts to get up because the suns going down Katniss just groans but doesn’t move. When he asks her if she’s coming she’s just goes “I couldn’t possibly stand up, my legs don’t work! Carry me?” Smile smile, wink wink.

Or maybe they’re in their living room and Peeta doesn’t go for the seat right next to her for no particular reason, so she just makes a disappointed sound and says “Man, I’m freezing. All alone, on this very lonely couch.” When Peeta starts to get up she’s just like “No, no. I can suffer through it!”

everyone likes to talk about how Katniss was oblivious about her feelings for Peeta, but no one talks about how Peeta himself was aswell. like bro was absolutely clueless. Katniss would drop so many hints (unconsciously), that everyone else would pick up on, yet Peeta was like “Oh she’s not inlove with me and probably never will be so it’s no use me being alive because she wouldn’t want to be with me anyway, so i’ll die and then she can finally be happy without being tied down to me” You are both head over heels inlove with eachother like come on now, stop the bullshit.
