if I did act three how I've done it this time but on my first save, I wouldn't have been able to finish the game. it's not telling me how to get to Orin. I've looked for answers in game so long that I turned to the wiki to find that for some reason none of the NPCs are in any of the places the wiki mentions so I am quite stuck. if this happened on my first playthrough I would've just wandered around act three aimlessly. I think Orin told me how to get to her in my first playthrough, but I've done a few long rests and having gotten another letter.
