Dutch: We can’t always fight nature, John. We can’t fight change. We can’t fight gravity. We can’t fight nothing. My whole life, all I ever did was fight.
Marston: Then give up, Dutch.
Dutch: But I can’t give up, neither. I can’t fight my own nature. That’s the paradox, John. You see?

After playing Red Dead Redemption 2, everything in the first game gives it so much more depth to the story and their characters, especially Dutch. <3
Dutch: Ask my friend here…my whole life I tried to fight change…
It’s a waste…I see that now…it’s a waste. You can’t fight nature, Captain…you can’t fight change…
You can’t fight…gravity.

I loved this scene in RDR2 that I had to draw it. I knew they were going to jump, but I still yelled in excitement when they took to dive. I died once during that scene because I didn’t realize I had to put my hands up while walking backward, I thought I was following Dutch’s lead! haha
So since both Susie and Ralsei had such awful flirting games, Kris giving them flirting lessons afterwards is kinda really cute okay. I actually had something else different planned for this comic (like them practicing flirting lines on each other, Kris and Ralsei being really into it and Susie just being a flustered mess all ‘round), but after chatting to one of my good friends about headcanons, this came out instead <33 Thanks Barr!
Ralsei’s flirt coughsconfessioncoughs comes from the fact that in-game, if Kris stands close to Ralsei for a period of time, his avatar gets a blushu~
Meanwhile, here’s Susie who doesn’t know how to show such open affection ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
One time my sister - someone who had NEVER played Galaxy - walked in on a friend and I playing Mario Galaxy and asked to play one of the later levels in the game. What happened was nearly exactly this comic. The fact that she beat it was impressive though! Even I had had some difficulties with the level!
