Liang let out a long, frustrated sigh as she put down her pencil after several attempts to recreate the same movement her 'teacher' had done so lightly and easily. When she had asked him to give her a couple of lessons to improve her drawing skills she knew they would have had two different starting points but it left her with a bittersweet taste. Which may have added to why her drawing looked awful at her eyes every time she laid her gaze upon it, adding even more frustration.

"I don't understand how it's so easy for you, I'm not referring to drawing skills, you've been doing it for much longer than me, that's for sure.. I'm talking about how you can consider your drawings good, until now I can't just to do it.."

Xavier couldn’t help a little laugh at the furrow on the the other’s forehead as they attempted to copy the movement his hand had made on the sketchbook next to him. He hadn’t had anyone in this art studio so it was oddly special and lovely to have company even if it was odd. Their work wasn’t so bad though it seemed to frustrate them. The second sketching pencils having their soft graphite broken open. The undershirt of his uniform sticking slightly to his neck as a free hand reached to brush off the nape of said body part. “Don’t look so frustrated. It’s good. And it’s a process. If I stopped and looked at every line, I’d be laughing at myself too.”
